Allow a support agent to intervene remotely
Directly on your system

The remote assistance system allows you to allow GestIT to operate your system safely. You can use the Remote Assistance application when GestIT needs to log on to your computer. You constantly control all the operations that will be carried out. Access must be accepted at each session and no further connection is possible without a request from you at each session.

Important: GestIT assumes NO RESPONSIBILITY for loss of data, modification of your system before, during or after the intervention. You are solely responsible for making the necessary backups before doing any work. No claim of compensation can be demanded after an intervention, whether the intervention took place by telephone, e-mail, internet or by remote assistance. By starting the tele-assistance application, you implicitly accept these disclaimers.

Start a remote help session

  • Click on the TeamViewer icon to start a session
  • In each security dialog that appears, click Run
  • When the application is started, you will need to specify the ID and password that is displayed to you. This ID years password changes with each remote session support.
